Osamu Hirose ( Japanese 広 瀬 治 , Hirose Osamu ; born June 6, 1965 in Saitama Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Hirose learned to play soccer on the Teikyo High School school team . He signed his first contract with Mitsubishi Motors in 1984 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . At the end of the 1988/89 season, the club was relegated to Division 2. 1989/90 he was with the club champion of division 2 and rose to division 1. With the founding of the professional league J.League in 1992 and the associated reorganization of Japanese football, Mitsubishi Motors became the Urawa Red Diamonds . At the end of the 1999 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . In 2000 he was runner-up in the J2 League with the club and was promoted to the J1 League . For the club he completed 326 games. At the end of 2000 he ended his career as a soccer player.
