Oskar-Wilhelm Büchel

Oskar-Wilhelm Büchel (born November 18, 1924 in Saalfeld / Saale , † June 20, 2007 in Westerstede ) was a German educator and politician ( CDU )

Büchel completed a teacher training course and worked as a primary school teacher in Ermke after the Second World War . He was also chairman of the BC BW Ermke soccer club from 1954 to 1957. He joined the CDU, was chairman of the Junge Union in Oldenburg since 1955 and was elected deputy chairman of the CDU there in 1956. From May 6, 1959 to May 5, 1963 he was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament in the fourth electoral period.
