Oskar Loebell
Oskar Loebell (born March 21, 1836 in Berlin , † February 13, 1897 in Naumburg (Saale) ) was a German judge .
Life
The son of a private scholar became an auscultant in 1855 (abolished in 1869) at the Court of Appeal , in 1860 trainee lawyer and in 1865 district judge in Neustadt a. H. In 1873 he became a district judge in Luckau . In 1878 Loebell was appointed to the East Prussian tribunal in Königsberg, which in 1879 became the higher regional court through the Reich Justice Acts . Shortly after the conversion, he became an assistant judge at the Reich Court . In 1886 he became a Reich judge first in the 4th criminal senate, then in the 5th civil senate . Despite a muscular atrophy , he worked in the Imperial Court until 1896.
