Otávio Didier Bulgarelli (born October 15, 1984 in São Gonçalo do Sapucaí , Minas Gerais ) is a Brazilian cyclist .

Bulgarelli won a stage of the Volta do Estado de São Paulo in 2008, his first race on the international calendar. He was also third in the road race of the Pan American Championship . In 2009 he finished second in the fourth stage of the Tour de Santa Catarina . After the winner Alex Diniz was convicted of doping, Bulgarelli was awarded the victory. For the 2011 season he received his first contract with a Professional Continental Team , the Italian team Farnese Vini-Neri Sottoli . In 2012 he became the Brazilian road champion.
