The house Otto-Franke-Straße 38 is a listed building in the district of Stadt Gernrode belonging to the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located east of Gernröder's old town on the northwest side of Otto-Franke-Straße and is listed as a villa in the local register of monuments.
Architecture and history
The building, made of light clinker bricks, was built around 1880/90. It has a T-shaped floor plan and is similar in appearance to the further east, also listed building at Otto-Franke-Straße 16 . The facade is structured by plastered surfaces on the windows and cornices . There is a winter garden supported by pillars at the house .
The property fencing and the design of the front garden are partly of construction-time origin.
Until December 31, 2011 the name of Otto-Franke-Straße was Bahnhofstraße, so the address of the property was Bahnhofstraße 38.
