The house at Otto-Franke-Straße 16 is a listed building in the town of Gernrode, part of the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located east of Gernröder's old town on the north side of Otto-Franke-Straße and is listed as a residential building in the local register of monuments.
Architecture and history
The building is a villa from the Wilhelminian era . The building, made of yellow bricks, is arranged asymmetrically. On the west side there is a two-storey transverse wing that protrudes slightly. The eastern half of the building consists of a single-storey wing facing the street on the eaves side. An elaborate winter garden is in front of this wing . The facade of the house is structured with plastered surfaces on the windows and corners. In addition, there is a gable . The building is covered with a half-hip roof . In its design, the building is similar to the also listed building at Otto-Franke-Straße 38 further to the south-west .
Until December 31, 2011 Otto-Franke-Straße was called Bahnhofstraße, so that the address of the house was Bahnhofstraße 16.
