The house Otto-Franke-Strasse 40 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt belonging to the district town of Gernrode .

It is located east of Gernröder's old town on the northwest side of Otto-Franke-Straße and is listed as a villa in the local register of monuments.
Architecture and history
The single-storey plastered building was built around 1900. On its north-eastern side there is a side risalit with a staggered facade and a front bay window . The facade is richly decorated with clinker cladding in the style of historicism .
The property fence and the design of the front garden are partly still from the construction period.
Until December 31, 2011 the name of Otto-Franke-Straße was Bahnhofstraße, so the address of the property was Bahnhofstraße 40.
