Otto Binder from Degenschild
Otto Binder, Ritter von Degenschild (born March 11, 1871 in Klagenfurt , † February 7, 1921 in Vienna ) was an Austrian officer and archivist.
Life
Binder worked from 1896 to 1900 in the Military Geography Institute and from 1903 to 1905 he was a frequentant at the Institute for Austrian Historical Research (IföG). From March 1, 1903, he was assigned to the war archive.
Binder was last titular colonel .
He wrote numerous specialist articles, including a. for genealogy in the Allgemeine Deutsche Biographie.
