Otto Ernst Lubitz

Otto Ernst Lubitz (born June 23, 1896 in Berlin ; † April 30, 1943 there ) was a German film producer and screenwriter .

Life

The trained banker had been in the service of film since 1924 and in May 1932 became film production manager for Atalanta and Bavaria Film . In 1937 he switched to Imagoton-Film and in 1938 to Itala-Film .

In 1941 he founded his own production company Lubitz film, but after the single work What a rascal in the Berlin Film was incorporated. For Berlin-Film he worked as a production group leader until his death.
