Otto Loerbroks

Otto Loerbroks (born October 27, 1870 in Soest ; † January 21, 1941 ) was a German judge .

Life

Otto Loerbroks was born on October 27, 1870. He was the 7th child, the married lawyer Otto Loerbroks (1824-1870) and Elise geb. Beyer (1830-1915).

In 1892 the doctor of law was sworn in to the Prussian sovereign. In 1900 Loerbroks became district judge and in 1910 district judge . The next year he was promoted to the higher regional judge . December 1919 he came to the Reichsgericht . He was active in the 4th and 1st civil senate of the Imperial Court . At the beginning of April 1922 he retired.

Otto Loerbroks' (1870–1941) father Otto Loerbroks (1824–1870) is the brother of Eduard Loerbroks ((born March 23, 1814 in Soest; † August 30, 1872 in Hamm)). The Loerbroks family are descendants of Johann Loerbrockhausen, whose son Kasper Loerbrockhausen was a fief carrier on the Schulzengut Loerbrokhausen / Loerbrocks .
