Otto Luxenburger

Otto Luxenburger (born February 4, 1862 in Zweibrücken , † June 18, 1936 ) was a German administrative lawyer.

Life

After studying law and having passed state bankruptcy, Luxenburg became a District Office Assessor in Schweinfurt in 1889 , in 1898 a Government Assessor for the government of Lower Franconia , Chamber of the Interior, 1900 District Administrator in Gerolzhofen , 1902 a member of the government of the Palatinate, Chamber of the Interior. In 1910 he was appointed to the Ministry of the Interior as a government councilor and on April 1, 1911 to the senior government councilor, from May 1913 with the title and rank of ministerial councilor. On September 1, 1916, he was appointed Ministerialrat. In April 1920 he was given the title of Privy Councilor. From October 1, 1923 to April 1, 1930 he was President of the Senate at the Administrative Court. In 1930 he retired.
