Otto Tauchert

Otto Tauchert (born April 4, 1860 in Trabelsdorf , † September 29, 1913 ) was a German judge .

Life

He was the son of Jacob Tauchert, economic inspector for Baron Marschalk von Ostheim . In 1882 he was sworn in to the Bavarian sovereign. In 1885 he passed the state examination. In 1886 he became III. Public prosecutor at the Augsburg Regional Court . In 1887 he became a district judge in Nuremberg. In 1893 he became the second public prosecutor at the Nuremberg Regional Court . In 1896 he became a district judge in Fürth. In 1901 he became first public prosecutor at the Nuremberg Regional Court. In 1903 he became a higher regional judge. In 1905 he became director of the Nuremberg Regional Court. In 1906 he became a councilor in the Ministry of Justice and in 1907 a senior government councilor. 1909 was council at the Bavarian Supreme Court . In 1910 he was appointed to the Imperial Court. He died in 1913.
