Otto Wagner was a German soccer player .

Career

The winger Otto Wagner played in the early 1920s for Arminia Bielefeld . With the Arminia he was West German champions in 1922 and 1923 and qualified for the final round of the German championship. Both times, however, the Bielefeld failed in the first round, with Wagner being used in three final round games and without scoring. His greatest success was the final of the West German championship on April 22, 1923 in Essen against TuRU Düsseldorf , in which Wagner scored three goals. One of them was the equalizer to make it 3: 3, the game into extra time brought that eventually with the 4: 3.
