Otto Wilfert (1984)

Otto Wilfert (born March 11, 1935 ; † August 20, 2013 ) was a German journalist and author as well as ZDF editor. He was head of the ARTE editorial team at ZDF and editor of ZDF's social policy. Wilfert was RFFU Chairman and Chairman of the Staff Council of ZDF.

Otto Wilfert acquired his journalistic training at the Werner Friedmann Institute in Munich, which was renamed the German School of Journalism during his studies there in 1959 . His lecturers included Immanuel Birnbaum , Hermann Proebst , WE Süsskind and Wolf Schneider .
