Otuani , also called Otwani , is a settlement in the Kunene region in northwestern Namibia . It is located about 70 kilometers southwest of the regional capital Opuwo , west of the main road C43 . Otuani has been the seat of the constituency since the founding of the Opuwo-Land constituency in August 2013.

Otuani has a clinic. About four kilometers away is a copper - mine .
