Ouissam Alaouite
The Ouissam Alaouite order is the highest order in the Kingdom of Morocco . Sultan Moulay Youssef founded this order in 1913 for special civil and military achievements.
It is comparable with the Legion of Merit , which is awarded by the military of the United States of America.
