The Pärnu Rannastaadion ( German Pärnu Beach Stadium ) is a football stadium with an athletics facility in the Estonian city of Pärnu . It is the home of the JK Vaprus Pärnu football club .
The stadium was named after Kalev , a hero from Estonian mythology . It was built during the Soviet occupation of Estonia.
The sports facility has 1,501 seats, 500 of which are covered. The playing field made of natural grass measures 105 × 67 m. The length of the eight-lane running track around the playing field is 400 m.
The stadium is owned by Eesti Spordiselts Kalev .
