PASARS is a modern Serbian short-range anti-aircraft missile system. In 2017 it was presented by Jugoimport SDPR at an arms fair in Belgrade .

In 2016, the Serbian Armed Forces Technology Institute began development work on the PASARS system. It is a hybrid form, consisting of anti-aircraft missiles and a barrel weapon. The armament includes two infrared-guided Wympel R-3 air-to-air missiles of Soviet origin and a 40 mm Bofors gun made in Sweden. The gun is equipped with a laser rangefinder and a night vision device .

The vehicle is based on the all-terrain 6 × 6 chassis of the FAP-2026 truck and is protected against small-caliber projectiles. Like the truck, it is also equipped with a central tire pressure control system.
