The PKP series SN52 was a one-piece diesel railcar .

After the Second World War , the Polish railway PKP needed, among other things, vehicles for regional transport. In the 1950s, a one-piece diesel multiple unit was ordered from the Hungarian locomotive factory Ganz & Co. Between 1954 and 1955 a total of 50 vehicles from the SN52 series were delivered. They were used in regional transport in Poland and retired in 1986.

SN52-38 was taken over by the Warsaw Railway Museum .
