According to his club, the 1.82 meter tall midfielder Lima has been playing for Uruguayan first division club El Tanque Sisley since at least the 2011/12 season . During that season he played two games in the Primera División . For the following 2012/13 season , 20 league games and one goal scored are listed in his usage statistics. As part of the club's first participation in the Copa Sudamericana 2013 , in which his club failed in the first round, he was used in an encounter. In the 2013/14 season he played 19 times in the league (no goal). In the 2014/15 season he was used in 24 first division games (one goal). In mid-July 2015 he moved to Italy for FC Südtirol . There he played ten league games (no goal) in Lega Pro 1 in the 2015/16 season . In early August 2016 he returned to El Tanque Sisley. He contributed to promotion at the end of the 2016 season with twelve second division appearances (no goal). In the subsequent first division season in 2017, he played 20 more first division games (one goal) by the end of the Torneo Intermedio. In mid-July 2017, he joined SD Aucas in Ecuador .
