Paghman is a city in Afghanistan that the UNHCR estimates has around 120,000 inhabitants.
It is located in the district of the same name in the province of Kabul, around 20 km west of the capital Kabul at an altitude of 2,413 meters. The Afghan singer and musician Nashenas sang the song Dara ba Dara Hawaye Paghman ba Dara for this area .
