In the 19th century, the Palais Dietrichstein was acquired by the court confectioner August Dehne . The Musikalienverlag and Musikhaus Doblinger have been located at this address since 1873, and the house is now owned by them.

The staircase of the staircase extends over four floors and a roof mezzanine and has no decor or architectural elements. The steps are made of hard Kaisersteinbrucher Kaiserstein and have the typical blue indentations.
