The Palais Lerchenfeld at Damenstiftstraße 8 in the old town of Munich was built around 1726 in Rococo style for Count Ignaz von Toerring according to plans by Ignaz Anton Gunetzrhainer . After being destroyed in World War II , the facade was rebuilt in 1957. Today the building is one of the monuments of Munich's old town and houses the city burial.
