In 2004 the palace was restored.

description

The palace from the 15th century has three full floors. On the ground floor of the main facade facing the Rio Priuli de Santa Sofia there are arcades ('Sottoportego') that are typical of Venice. In the area of the arcades, the facade rests on columns with a rectangular cross-section. The bare wall behind it has a rectangular portal on the left, two small, square windows in the middle and a rectangular coat of arms on the right. The rest of the facade is plastered and painted light yellow.

In the middle of the first main floor there is a quadruple keel arched window with inscribed three passes . They are separated from each other by Doric columns. They are flanked by two pairs of similar single windows. The second main floor has the same window layout, but the keel arch windows with inscribed three-pass are higher and the side windows are also wider. The quadruple window in the middle has a protruding balcony. A round family coat of arms of the Benedettis sits between the side windows on the right side of the facade . All columns, the frames of the windows, the coats of arms and the balcony are made of Istrian limestone .

At the top, a serrated eaves closes the facade. Above it sits a small dormer on the right .
