description

The facade of the classical palace facing the Rio de Santa Marina is designed simply and has two main floors and two mezzanines . In the lowered ground floor there is a round arched portal to the water with Doric columns, flanked by two pairs of square windows. The lower half of the ground floor is clad with bushes , while the upper half, like the floors above, is plastered and painted beige.

The mezzanine floor above has a small Venetian window above the portal, flanked by two pairs of individual rectangular windows. The main floor is designed in a similar way, with the Venetian window being larger, with a protruding balcony and, like the two flanking pairs of individual windows, provided with a tympanum . The mezzanine under the roof has a triple rectangular window in the middle, flanked by two pairs of individual rectangular windows.

All windows and doors have frames made of Istrian limestone ; the balcony, the tympanums and the cornices above each floor, as well as the serrated eaves are made of the same material.
