Paloma Würth

Paloma Würth (born August 23, 1979 ) appears under her stage name Paloma as a pop singer in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. In the final of the International Grand Prix of Folk Music in 2002, she came fourth as the best Swiss woman.

In addition to singing, she achieved special successes as a model in 2000:

  • Election to Miss Switzerland,
  • fourth place in the election of the Queen of Europe
  • seventh place in the election of the Queen of the World

In the fall of 2003, Paloma's single Island in the Ocean was released . Her second album followed in March 2004. Her first production with German producer Ralph Siegel appeared in spring 2005 : the album Die Leichtigkeit des Seins also features a duet with Pierre Brice .

The participation of Paloma Würth in the musical Jonas & Madelaine in 2005/06 was the much applauded entry into what was then a new cultural genre for the Eastern Swiss. The second stage production followed in the winter of 2006/07: The Glamor Sisters at Le Théâtre Kriens-Luzern .
