France 4 is a French public television broadcaster , part of France Télévisions . The main themes of the broadcaster's programs are music and art . In the meantime, individual sports broadcasts are occasionally shown on France 4. Up until 2005 the station was called Festival and up to then it could not be received terrestrially via the French DVB-T .
