SSKA Pomir ( Tajik ССКА Помир; English-language spelling CSKA Pamir ; also known as SKA-Pamir ) is a football club from the Tajik capital, Dushanbe . SKA-Pamir was the only club of the Tajik SSR that was ever represented in the highest league of the Soviet football championship and has played in the highest Tajik league since the independence of Tajikistan.

After winning the championship in the second Soviet league in 1988, the club played for three seasons, until the dissolution of the USSR , in the top Soviet division. In 1992, SKA-Pamir won both the first edition of the Tajik Cup competition in independence and the first Tajik championship. The second championship title followed in 1995, and the club took part in the AFC Champions League in the 1996/97 season .
