Rashid Mahmatqulowitsch Rahimow ( Tajik Рашид Маҳматқулович Раҳимов ; Russian Рашид Маматкулович Рахимов , scientific transliteration. Rašid Mamatkulovič Rakhimov ; *  18th March 1965 in Dushanbe , Tajik SSR ) is a Tajik -Russian football coach and former football player.

The midfielder has played for Pamir Dushanbe since his youth , and made his first appearance on the men's team in 1982. With Pamir he rose to the first Soviet league in the late 1980s, then played for three years in the Vysschaya League . In 1992 he went to Spartak Moscow , but was passed on to the Spanish club Real Valladolid after only eleven missions . In 1993 and 1994 he was back under contract in the Premjer League , first with Lok Moscow and then again with Spartak. His other positions were at FK Austria Wien (1995–2000), Admira Wacker (2000/2001) and SV Ried (2001/2002). He came in 1994 to a total of four appearances for the Russian national team ; in addition, he ran once for the selection of Tajikistan in 1992 and 1996 .

His previous coaching stations were VfB Admira Wacker Mödling , Amkar Perm and Lokomotiv Moscow . With the Südstadters, the Russian managed to stay in the league twice (6th and 7th place). In 2006 he took the post as coach of Amkar Perm, with whom he surprisingly finished sixth in the Russian Premier League . Until April 2009 he was employed as an assistant coach with Alfred Tatar at the Russian first division club Lokomotiv Moscow. From 2009 to September 2011 Rahimov was again active in Perm. He was released on September 28, 2011 and replaced by the Montenegrin Miodrag Bozovic. Rachimow has been coaching the first division team Terek Grozny since November 2013 .
