Panagiota Karagkouni ( Greek Παναγιώτα Καραγκούνη , born January 7, 1993 in Marousi ) is a Greek volleyball and beach volleyball player .

Career

Karagkouni has played in the hall at Hercules Kifisia since 2008 in the position of outside attacker. In 2013 she formed a beach duo with the multiple European champion Vasiliki Arvaniti . She played her first international tournaments at the Masters in Baden and the Grand Slam in The Hague . At the World Championships in Stare Jabłonki, Arvaniti / Karagkouni were eliminated after the preliminary round despite a victory over the Thais Radarong / Udomchavee . At the EM in Klagenfurt they finished fifth after they were eliminated in the quarter-finals against the Germans Holtwick / Semmler .
