Pankratius Grueber (born before 1499; died after 1520) was a German sculptor and painter ( barrel painter ) who ran a carving workshop in Großenhain .

• 1499: Katharinen altar of the Großenhain Katharinenkirche, now in Chemnitz
• around 1500: Altar of St. Katharina Church (Elsterwerda)

• around 1520: Marienaltar Nauwalde, 1904 sold to the Royal Saxon Antiquities Association in Dresden. The middle section that is still preserved is today in the Bautzner cathedral in the catholic part.
