The Panwali Dwar is a 6663  m high mountain in the Indian state of Uttarakhand in the Garhwal Himalayas .

The mountain is located 9.72 km south of Nanda Devi . A ridge leads over the northeastern Nanda Khat to the eastern summit of Nanda Devi.

The first ascent of Panwali Dwar was made on May 30, 1980 by Keisuke Nakae and Takeshi Kobayashi, members of a four-man Japanese mountaineering group. Their ascent route led from the Pindari glacier over the Buria glacier to the saddle between Bauljuri and Panwali Dar and on over the south ridge to the summit.
