Paolo Dantaz , full name Paolo Martín Dantaz Paredes , (born October 14, 1994 in Paysandú ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.86 meter tall midfielder Dantaz played in youth football 2011 in the Quinta División at Racing Club de Montevideo . In 2013 he was a member of the Atlético Rentistas Club in the Cuarta División and the Tercera División. He was also active for the latter youth team in 2014 and 2015. In 2015 he was promoted to the professional team of the first division team Rentistas. He made his debut in the Primera División in the Apertura on November 1, 2015 in a 3-2 away win against River Plate , when he was substituted on by coach Valentín Villazán in the 60th minute for Matías Mier . In the 2015/16 season he played six first division matches (no goal). His club was relegated at the end of the season. During the 2016 season, he played six second division games (one goal).
