Paolo Papanti-Pelletier

Paolo Papanti-Pelletier is an Italian legal scholar .

Life

On May 12, 1973, he graduated from La Sapienza University with a law degree . He was a research associate at the Institute of Private Law of the Law Faculty of La Sapienza University and then at the University of Florence . From 1979 to 1984 he was a full assistant at the Chair of Private Law Institutions at the Law Faculty of Macerata University . From 1990 to 1993 he was Associate Professor of Private Law Institutions at the Law Faculty of Macerata University. From 1993 to 1997 he was a full professor for private law institutions at the Faculty of Economics at Tor Vergata University . From 1997 to 2011 was a full professor at the law faculty of the same university for private law. Since 2015 he has been a delegate of the Holy See to the international organization UNIDROIT . Has been a judge of the Vatican City since 2017 .
