Paradise Ridge (English for Paradiesgrat is) a low ridge at the Amundsen-coast of the Antarctic Ross Dependency . It rises parallel to the southern edge of the Ross Ice Shelf east of the mouth of the Amundsen Glacier , halfway between the MacDonald Nunatakkern and O'Brien Peak .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. Participants in a campaign carried out from 1969 to 1970 as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition named it so because it was because of its small size Height is easy to exceed.
