Paranhos is a place and a former municipality in northern Portugal .
Paranhos is part of the Amares county in the Braga district . The community had an area of 4 km² and 111 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).
On September 29, 2013, the parishes of Paranhos, Caldelas and Sequeiros were merged to form the new municipality of União das Freguesias de Caldelas, Sequeiros e Paranhos .
