Park Kwang Sung ( Korean 박광성 ) (* 1962 in Busan , South Korea ) is a South Korean artist and painter.

Life

Park studied art education at Seowon University in South Korea. He lived and worked in Paris from 1991 to 2003 and had a studio there. In 1992 he began studying philosophy and aesthetics with a master's degree in 1997. He then worked at the University of Paris VIII in the field of plastic arts. Since 2003, Park has again centered its life in South Korea and in Essen . Since 2007 he has been working as a professor at a Korean art academy.

The spirituality of Korea and the culture of France find their way into his pictures. His portraits, landscapes and nudes are kept in black, white and gray. His work can be found at international art fairs and exhibitions.
