Parque José Luis is a town in Uruguay .
geography
It is located in the Salto Department in its 2nd sector on the banks of the Uruguay River . A few kilometers away from Parque José Luis is Garibaldi to the east-southeast and the departmental capital Salto to the south . The Salto Grande hydropower plant is located about two kilometers to the north .
Residents
The population of Parque José Luis is 19 (as of 2011), of which 13 are male and six are female. With 13 inhabitants, it was the smallest town in the department at the time of the 2004 census.
