The Inicjatywa Feministyczna , IF (until 2016 Partia Kobiet PK , German women's party ) is a Polish program and small party . It is committed to the advancement of women and families, and in doing so distinguishes itself from parties that support a conservative and ecclesiastical model of the family. The party sees itself as a representative of Polish women and, according to its own statements, attaches great importance to education and the health system. The party leader is Anna Kornacka . Her predecessor and today's honorary chairwoman of the party is the author Manuela Gretkowska .

The party achieved the highest result with 2.74 percent (121 votes) in the municipality of Bodzechów , the lowest with 0.06 percent (1 vote) in the municipality of Turośl . In the 2010 presidential election , the party supported Grzegorz Napieralski . He was eliminated in the first round behind the favorites Jarosław Kaczyński and Bronisław Komorowski .

In 2016 the PK was renamed Inicjatywa Feministyczna. Probably based on the Swedish F! . The IF is part of the FUN Europe network
