Pascal Terrasse (born October 26, 1964 in Bagnols-sur-Cèze ) is a French politician . He was a member of the National Assembly from 1997 to 2017 .

After completing his law degree, Terrasse became Chief Advisor to State Secretary Robert Chapuis . In 1994 he won his first political office when he entered the General Council of the Ardèche department . From 1998 to 2001 he was Vice President of the General Council. In 1995 he also moved to the Bourg-Saint-Andéol municipal council . At the age of 32, he successfully applied for a seat in the National Assembly in 1997 for the Parti socialiste in the first constituency of the Ardèche department. He was re-elected in 2002, 2007 and 2012. In March 2017, he announced his resignation as an MP.
