Pascual Ruotta (* in Uruguay) was a Uruguayan football player .

The half used Ruotta belonged from 1916 to 1928 to the squad of Club Atlético Peñarol . He was Jorge Pacheco's successor in his position . At times, the Italian Ruotta took over the captaincy of José Benincasa during his ten-year membership in the first team .

Ruotta also played for the Uruguayan senior team . With this he took part in the South American Championship in 1920 . During the tournament he played three games. Uruguay won the title. As early as 1919 he was part of the Uruguayan team at the Copa Lipton , the Copa Newton , the Copa Club Círculo de La Prensa and the Copa Gran Premio de Honor Uruguayo .
