Pascual Ruotta (* in Uruguay) was a Uruguayan football player .

The half used Ruotta belonged from 1916 to 1928 to the squad of Club Atlético Peñarol . He was Jorge Pacheco's successor in his position . At times, the Italian Ruotta took over the captaincy of José Benincasa during his ten-year membership in the first team .

At the Montevidean club he was in the years 1918, 1921, and 1928 each Uruguayan champion in the Primera División . At least in the first championship he formed the midfield behind the storm row with Harley and Juan Delgado . Ruotta also played for the Uruguayan senior team . With this he took part in the South American Championship in 1920 . During the tournament he played three games. Uruguay won the title.
