The Patalamon Mesa is a 700 m high mountain with a flattened peak on the West Antarctic James Ross Island . It rises west of Hidden Lake in the western part of the island.
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1987 based on the name of the neighboring Kerick Col after Patalamon , son of the seal hunter Kerick Booterin from Rudyard Kipling's story The White Seal in The Jungle Book from 1894.
