Patric Della Rossa (* 28. July 1975 in Winterthur ) is a former Swiss ice hockey player , who most recently for the EHC Olten in the Swiss National League B played. Today he works as a self-employed driving instructor in Winterthur.

Career

Della Rossa began his career as a striker at EHC Winterthur and moved to EHC Kloten while he was still a junior . With Kloten he was Swiss champion four times from 1992 to 1996, although he only made part of the Fanion team as a junior in the 1992/93 season. In 1998 Della Rossa moved to cantonal rival ZSC Lions , with whom he won the Swiss championship title twice in 2000 and 2001. Further stations were EV Zug from 2004 and EHC Basel from 2006 . Della Rossa has played for HC Davos as a defender since summer 2008, before moving to Kloten in January 2009. On the 2009/10 season he ended his National League A career. The following search for a long-term contract led him first to the GCK Lions and then for EHC Olten , both in the National League B .

International

Della Rossa was a member of the Swiss national team from 1999 to 2007 and played 175 international matches.
