Patrick Auracher (born January 4, 1990 in Stuttgart ) is a German soccer player .

Career

In his youth Auracher played for ASV Botnang , in 2004 he moved to the Stuttgarter Kickers . There he played games for the club's second team in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg during his junior years . In the 2009/10 season, the defender moved up to the first team and was promoted to the third division in his third season in the first team's squad . His first professional appearance was on August 4, 2012, when he came on as a substitute in the away game against 1. FC Heidenheim .

After his contract in Stuttgart, which expired for the third division season 2014/15, had not been extended, he moved to Holstein Kiel in September 2014 , where he signed a one-year contract. With his commitment, the club reacted to the long-term failure of the injured Marcel Gebers . In the summer of 2015 Auracher moved to the regional division VfR Wormatia Worms .

In the summer of 2018 Auracher returned to the Stuttgarter Kickers, who had just been relegated to the fifth-class league.

In November 2019 he played his 150th game for the Stuttgarter Kickers.
