Patrick Lienhard (born May 30, 1992 in Gengenbach ) is a German football player who has been active for FC 08 Homburg since 2017 .

career

Patrick Lienhard joined the youth team at SC Freiburg in 2005 . He ran for the U-17 and U-19 in the highest divisions, then he played for two years for the U-23 in the Regionalliga Südwest . After a season at SVN Zweibrücken in the same league, he moved to SSV Jahn Regensburg in the third division in summer 2014 , where he completed a trial training session in 2013. He made his professional debut on the first day of the match and played 90 minutes against MSV Duisburg - Jahn won 3-1. On the 4th matchday he scored his first professional goal at 5-1 at Borussia Dortmund II . By the end of the season he played a total of 23 league games and scored 2 goals. After the Regensburg team were relegated from the third division, Lienhard moved to Eintracht Trier . After Lienhard was relegated in his second season at Eintracht Trier with the Moselle townspeople from the Regionalliga Südwest, he joined the relegated FC 08 Homburg .
