Patrick Ohleff

Patrick Ohleff (nickname: Big Pat) (born May 14, 1981 ) is a world champion in powerlifting .

In his sport discipline, which he has only been practicing for three years, Ohleff was twice regional champion NRW and once district champion Niederrhein. In Leipzig he became German champion in the Submasters weight class (35 to 45 years, 125 to 140 kg). In the same weight class he also won the world title in Leipzig. In doing so, he sets two new world records. He lifted 300 kg on the squat and 295 kg on the deadlift.

Patrick Ohleff works as a trainer in a fitness studio in Niederzier - Huchem-Stammeln .
