Patriotyczny Ruch Odrodzenia Narodowego (abbreviation PRON , Patriotic Movement of National Revival) was a Polish umbrella organization of the Polish Communist United Workers' Party during martial law , which was imposed in December 1981.

PRON was founded on December 17, 1982 instead of the popular front Jedności Narodu , which has since become meaningless .

The following "patriotic" parties and organizations joined the Patriotic Front of National Revival:

The loyal Catholic writer Jan Dobraczyński (PAX) was elected chairman. A number of other organizations later joined the front, including the trade union confederation Ogólnopolskie Porozumienie Związków Zawodowych . In 1989, as a result of the changes in Poland and in Eastern Europe, the front was disbanded.
