Patrocínio Fernandes dos Reis (born May 5, 1975 in Rotuto , Manufahi , Portuguese Timor ) is a politician from East Timor . He is a member of the Congresso Nacional da Reconstrução Timorense (CNRT) party.

Career

Reis holds a bachelor's degree. In 2008 he was appointed one of the school inspectors for Manufahi .

In the parliamentary elections in East Timor in 2012 , Reis failed to reach number 34 on the CNRT's list and did not slip into the national parliament during the legislative period .

At number 19 on the CNRT's list, Reis successfully entered parliament as a member of the parliamentary elections in East Timor in 2017 . Here he became secretary of the Commission on Health, Education, Culture, Veterans and Gender Equality (Commission F) and an alternate member of Parliament's Administrative Council.

In the 2018 parliamentary elections , Reis missed entry into parliament on list position 43 of the Aliança para Mudança e Progresso (AMP), the joint list of CNRT, PLP and KHUNTO . At the end of June, Reis replaced MPs who gave up their seats in government. He is now a member of the Commission on Constitutional Affairs and Justice (Commission A).
