Paul-Gerhard Blochwitz

Paul-Gerhard Blochwitz (born January 14, 1907 in Frankfurt (Oder) , † December 10, 1990 in Stuttgart ) was a German lawyer and attorney general .

Blochwitz graduated from high school in Frankfurt (Oder) in 1925. He studied at the Universities of Tuebingen and Dresden Jura . In Tübingen he became a member of the student union Landsmannschaft Scotland . In 1930 Blochwitz received his doctorate with a work on the side offenders for Dr. jur.

After the assessor exam in 1933 Blochwitz worked at the Frankfurt (Oder) district court. In 1946 he became assistant judge at the Heilbronn district court and in 1955 its director.

Blochwitz came to the Stuttgart Regional Court in 1957. In 1957 he was appointed Senate President of the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court . In 1969 Paul-Gerhard Blochwitz was finally appointed public prosecutor in Stuttgart.
