Paul Becker (politician, 1885)
Paul Becker (born May 27, 1885 in Haynau , † after 1938) was a German politician ( SPD ).
Life
Becker came from Silesia and was a trained metal worker. Between 1925 and 1933 he worked as a lead solder in Berlin-Adlershof , between 1937 and 1938 he practiced the same profession in Berlin-Köpenick .
Becker first joined the SPD and in the early 1920s belonged to the USPD , which had split off from the mother party. From 1922 he was again a member of the Social Democrats. In the Reichstag election in September 1930 , he ran for the Reichstag , but missed entry into parliament. In April 1932 he was elected as a member of the Prussian state parliament, to which he belonged until the end of the fourth legislative period in 1933. He represented constituency 3 (Potsdam II) in the state parliament.
